Product Description

The AFL J-Cup is laser cut and precisely bent out of 8mm steel plate. Each J-cup is lined with a Polystone ® G-scharwz HD plastic liner to protect your barbell knurling from damage. They also have rounded corners and a smooth finish for increased safety and protection to bands as they can provide points of attachments for band work across the face of the rig rack (i.e. for assisted pistols/pull-ups).

A pair of J-cups comes with a left and a right hand side, while the 16mm pin allows for fast and easy location for adjusting as needed! This J-cup is designed for use with all our 60 mm x 60 mm vertical uprights with 17mm diameter holes on our Rigs and Racks. Our J-cups come standard with all vertical uprights on rigs and racks BUT if you need to purchase additional J-cups you can!
