Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return an unused item/s in new condition within 30 days of delivery. We will then exchange, replace or credit your account subject to our terms below.
Return Exceptions
All items must include original packaging and must be returned complete.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
All sale/promotion items cannot be returned or exchanged or refunded. Other non-returnable purchases include all custom items made (i.e. custom rigs/racks/other equipment/products), made-to-order items, face masks, shields and gift cards.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Shipping charges on purchases are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Damaged Products Or Incorrect Shipment
If your shipment is not correct please notify us within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving your delivery on info@alwaysfitleague.com.
We will be in contact to find out exactly what is missing/damaged! If we are unable to replace the damaged goods we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product or refund you.

Cancelation Policy
You may only cancel a full order (all products) before it enters the processing stage. You will NOT be able to cancel certain items in the order. You will therefore need to re-order these items that you still would like to purchase.
Once it has entered the processing stage the order may not be cancelled.

To cancel an order: Please submit your request to info@alwaysfitleague.com to see if your order is eligible for cancelation. If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage, you may be able to return it (given return exceptions) under our Returns Policy (top of this page).
