You may only cancel a full order (all products) before it enters the processing stage. You will NOT be able to cancel certain items in the order. You will therefore need to re-order these items that you still would like to purchase.
Once it has entered the processing stage the order may not be cancelled.

To cancel an order: Please submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order is eligible for cancelation. If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage, you may be able to return it (given return exceptions) under our Returns and Cancellations.
