- 1st Place will receive 1 point, 2nd will receive 2 points etc. Athletes that tie on a workout will each receive the number of points for that position (I.e. 2 athletes on 3rd will each receive 3 points. The next athlete will then receive 5 pts.)
- You may complete all the workouts Rx’d or Scaled, or in any combination.
- Rx’d completed workouts always beat the Scaled alternative, and will be scored accordingly (I.e. The last Rx competitor, with 5 reps will come 100th if 100 athletes completed as Rx’d. The 1st scaled athlete will come in at 101, even though he has completed 150 reps).
- The athlete with the lowest score or combination of scores wins a given WOM and the Month respectively.
