Proudly made in South Africa! The Dips “Buffalo” Bars add-on is manufactured from 60mm x 60mm (2.31mm) 11 gauge steel, and includes a pass through joint on the bars, and a gusset for maximum stability and strength. The two handles (50mm OD) are set at a specific angle to allow for natural adjustment for various body shapes and sizes due to a variety of grip width options on our comfortable bars!

 

Being strong and having endurance in Dips, is essential for good gymnastics ability and complete fitness! Our Dips Bars are great for building strength and stability before progressing to the rings for dips or muscle-ups. Our Buffalo Bars are strong to handle weighted or loaded dips where more stability is often required! Our fully adjustable Buffalo Bars (Dips Bars) easily attach instantly to any of our vertical uprights on our Rigs and Racks. If you do not have a Rig or Rack, you can attach the Dips Bars directly to a wall with our Storage Sections!

 

Optional Add-On:
Our Dips Bars can be stored efficiently against the wall with our dips storage (Buffalo Bars Hanger) and Storage Section or to a rig/rack, to help free up space in your home/box/gym. Our Buffalo Bars Hanger is specifically designed for storing the AFL Buffalo (Dips) Bars! The Buffalo Bars Hanger consists of a pair of steel bolt-on plates and sturdy Polystone ® G-scharwz HD plastic liners to prevent wear and tear on the Dips Bars. This Hanger is also compatible with all our Vertical Uprights OR Storage Sections with 17mm diameter holes.

Comes standard in Matt Black for INDOOR USE. If you want the unit to be installed OUTSIDE in the elements, we suggest that you Galvanise and paint for outdoor use, especially if you are at the coast! Galvanising and painting for the outdoors is NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST. Please REQUEST A QUOTE for this! Please note that galvanising gives a “rougher” and less “refined” finish, due to the dunking of the product and coating it! Drainage holes also need to be added to all items when galvanising, due to the dunking process. If you would like to select a paint colour other than Black, please REQUEST A QUOTE

 

 

IMPORTANT FEATURES OF BUFFALO BARS (DIPS BARS)

1) HEAVY GAUGE SOUTH AFRICAN STEEL & HARDWARE
The Buffalo Bars use heavy-duty 8 mm steel plates, 50mm OD round bars (2mm) and a sturdy 8 mm laser cut gusset with AFL branding! The bars are securely locked in place with a zinc coated machined pin and R clip.

 

2) DON’T HAVE RIG/RACK – WE HAVE A SOLUTION
This item is an essential component for your home gym/box/facility. This item can be fixed to any of our Vertical Uprights on our Rigs/Racks OR to a Storage Section if you don’t have a Rig/Rack, making this accessible even if you don’t have one yet!

 

3) FINISH, QUALITY CONTROL AND WARRANTY
All aspects of the manufacturing process (cuts, welding, laser cutting, drilling, painting) are checked individually at each step of the process to ensure that product quality, integrity and finish are of a high standard. Each part of the final product is again inspected for quality control purposes once it is completed. The same process is repeated before the product is packaged for shipping purposes. We offer a 1 year warranty on defective workmanship if properly installed!.

 

4) STOWAGE
The Buffalo Bars can be easily stowed away on our Buffalo Hanger storage device. To maximize your training area space and to save space, have a look at our Storage options.

 

5) QUICK, EASY SET-UP
Each unit is one (1) solid item with a 16mm machined locating pin and secured in place with a R clip to any body size!

 

6) SHIPPING
We currently have a week lead time on your order before shipment. Once your product is safely packed, shipment will take 3-4 days, from dispatch to arrival. We will email you tracking details for your shipment once it is dispatched!
