Warranties on products not manufactured by Always Fit League (AFL) will be in accordance with the observed manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty information can be found for each product on the product page of the website.
Our Warranty’s do not cover normal wear and tear on items. It only covers defective workmanship within the given time frame for the product in question.
This warranty is void if the Product is improperly stored, assembled, attached to a wall or the floor, altered and/or modified in any way. Signs of improper assembly may include but are not limited to, damaged/stripped threads. The warranty does not cover any abuse/misuse or accidental damage, whether structural or cosmetic.
All product require regular preventative maintenance on certain items. For example nuts and bolts should be regularly checked to ensure they are secure and not loosening over time. The surfaces/objects/materials to which the equipment is attached must be of sufficient strength to take the stresses/forces/strain on such surfaces/objects/materials!
Should any Product submitted for warranty service be found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished. The labour cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser. If a Product requires shipment, delivery or transport is the purchaser’s sole responsibility and to pay for any fees associated with servicing of a Product.
Warrantee Claim Processing.
To claim on warranty, all claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase. Always Fit League may repair or replace the product parts with similar parts in a similar working condition. All products or product parts that have been replaced will then become property of Always Fit League at the time of service.
Any part/s that are defective must be returned to Always Fit League to obtain warranty service, and the client will need to cover all costs involved with the transportation of this part/parts, including shipping fees, taxes, charges, export taxes, customs duties, and taxes, or any other charges associated with transportation of the parts or Product, including the return shipment. All risk of loss during shipment is exclusively on the client.
