Video Submission Standards
Video Submission Standards
All competitors placing in the Top 10 for each Rx’d division must submit a video of their performance. All video submissions must be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the WOM performance.
PROCEDURE FOR VIDEO RECORDING:
- Before starting, each athlete must introduce themselves indicating:
- their name,
- their training facility’s name,
- their country (i.e. SA/Namibia/Zimbabwe), and
- the WOM (i.e. WOM 15.1).
- Prior to starting the WOM, film the bumper plates, barbell or any other apparatus to be used so the loads/heights/other criteria can be clearly seen. Some examples include wall ball load, box height, wall ball target height, etc (details with be provided in the WOM movement standards and details).
- A second person scoring your WOM performance should be in the frame throughout the entire workout with a stopwatch/timing device. If they do not have a timing device, a clearly visible timer must be present at all times.
- Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.
