Jason Smith and Nicole Seymour will be the first to complete the Always Fit League Workouts for October 2015!

These 2 athletes are well know for their performances in the past few years.

Jason Smith

Jason is the co-owner of CrossFit Kyalami and has cemented himself as the top Athlete in Southern Africa over the course of the last few years, dominating all local competitions, as well as the Africa Region in the Open of the Reebok CrossFit Games. Jason traveled to the Meridian Regional in Copenhagen Denmark where he represented Africa as an individual. Jason placed 10th amongst some really big names in the sport!

To name a few of his great performances this past year:
1st – Africa Region – The Open, Reebok CrossFit Games
10th – Meridian Regional of the Reebok CrossFit Games, Copenhagen Denmark
1st – Last Man Standing 2015, Pretoria, SA
1st – SA Weightlfiting Championships (<95kg) 2015, Gauteng, SA

Jason will be completing WOM Oct 15.1A & B. We look forward to seeing his great performance!

Nicole Seymour

Nicole Seymour is coming off a long break from competition. Nicole is a co-owner of Iron Angel CrossFit in Balito. Nicole had taken off from competitive training for a year, she however starts making her comeback into formal competition with completing AFL’s 2nd Workout for October.

Nicole’s greatest achievement was her 2nd place finish at the 2014 Africa Regional of the Reebok CrossFit Games. We look forward to this exciting athletes return to competition!

Nicole will be completing WOM Oct 15.2 and we look forward to seeing her great performance on this WOM!
